Gold Ridge Organic Farms Apple Cider Balsamic Vinegar is made from a blend of our Organic Fresh Harvest Dessert Quality Apples and our own hand-crafted Apple Cider Syrup. The vinegar portion of the blend is aged for two years in oak barrels. Intoxicating rich aromas of caramel apples, molasses, and oven baked apples. It has a rich, buttery texture that compliments the vinegar. Pairing suggestions: Shake or Blend with our EVOO or citrus olive oils.
