The PARAGON’s TruFlame gas fireplace technology ensures maximum flames and a beautiful ember glow with minimum emissions.
The EXEMPLAR R324STIO see through in/outdoor 2-sided fireplace is innovation, luxury and comfort at its finest. Stretch your budget with this window of fire that connects your living space with your outdoor rooms.
The EXEMPLAR has a built in downdraft power vent system that requires no external venting. This fireplace is characterized by a generous landscape viewing area and linear burner. Rock or tile can be installed over the firebox frame for a clean minimalist look.

ESSENTIAL INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS:
Installations must comply with Montigo’s certified framing, clearance, and venting specifications. A licensed professional installation is strongly recommended to ensure optimal performance and safety.
If using Cool Wall Release or Cool Wall Advantage systems, fans should be disconnected to prevent excess heat transfer that may affect adjacent surfaces, artwork, or mounted electronics. This can be done via the remote or by unplugging the fan harness.
The R324STIO is approved for installations up to 4,500 feet and can be used in covered outdoor rooms when properly configured. Montigo disclaims responsibility for damages resulting from improper installation.
